No. 1 Supreme All-Round Champion of Australia – 1978
Colida’s Lad was Australia’s Number 1 Supreme All-Round Champion, awarded in 1978 and he was also awarded the Australian Appaloosa Association’s first “Register of Merit” lifetime award.
He won “Hi-Point Performance Horse” at both the 1975 and 1976 National Appaloosa Championships and was Hi-Point Performance Horse at every other show he competed in.
In top Australian company Colida’s Lad won at Western Pleasure, English Pleasure, Working Cow horse, Nez Perce Stake and Rope races, Keyhole and Indian Costume classes.
His progeny includes “Colida 76” and “Colida 77” both National “Hi-Point Halter Horses of Australia”.
